The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly.

This hotel is for sure not a 5 star hotel. It urgently needs an intensive refurbishment. Everything is outdated. At the swimming pool (which is large) you find pool beds from wood with no cushions on it. The restaurant looks like a hall at a railway station. A very big breakfast buffet but mainly chinese food. At a 5 star hotel one can expect a bid

Very Good

There are a lot of things to do in the hotel, a SPA, a game room with poolroom and arcade machine, all free of charge. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choice. The room was clean and comfy for our stay.

The building and the facilities need a little refreshment, some of the jets in the SPA were not working, the carpet needs to be changed soon. The matress was a bit hard for our taste.

Excellent hotel for family with young children

The service was excellent. Good shuttle bus service to the train station, good and clean indoor outdoor pool facilities, hotspring bath and water jets,, 2 kids play area (one with books and toys another with ballpit/arcade games). Breakfast with a lot of choice however some days may be busier than others due to the tour operators. Good bedding and fantastic bathroom. Great baby bed and baby Bathtub/baby bath products and baby bottle sterilising machine.

It is 15mins taxi to downtown so not practical for dining out. There is nonetheless a dumplings restaurant less than 10 mins walk away that is fantastic and very cheap. The massage was a very strong massage. No facial/ skincare treatments available.

It was fine, no major complaints. However, if I visit Taitung again, I will try another hotel.

The location is good, if you are driving. The staff was OK. The beds were comfortable.

There is not enough parking. If they are busy you have to park outside in a parking lot next to the hotel. One of the rooms we stayed in spelled of cigarette smoke. The water pressure was really low. No bedside plugs for phones.

I loved the private spa. It was such a good experience for us. The staffs were welcoming and friendly.

The only thing I was disappointed about our stay was the coffee being served during the breakfast, I feel it's gotten spoilt due to exposure due to humidity.

Worth to stay even it is old.

Variety of food for breakfast, a huge entertainment room; the room is clean, nice spa and swimming, I love the hotspring! Big parking area, perfect for family. Staff are super friendly and you can easily access to the city to eat out if you have a car, it is pretty near to the city.

The entertainment area is huge, with a lot of Sega games, but it is empty, what a shame. Wouldn't it be better if the hotel could offer some tokens to people who stay in the hotel? The hotel itself is old, except that I have no further complaints.

Went there for my wife's birthday and she was really happy with the place so I am too.

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a large variity of foods to chose from. There are many activities like billiard, ping pong , hot spring and pool on site.

Bed was a little hard . Western breakfast options were just like everywhere in taiwan - not exactly great .

Great place to stay.

We loved our room and private hot tub on the balcony. The breakfast was okay for vegetarians. I had better breakfast at other hotels.

They had a very poor selection of vegetarian options for dinner. We paid NTD $800 ($27 USD) for two servings of stir fried rice that had little bit of corn in it-no other vegetables. That was crazy! They couldn't even put together a salad. We had to order out and go out to eat every day for lunch and dinner. Every hotel we been in, and I mean every hotel that provided room service or had a restaurant on-site has accommodated our dietary needs in some way where we weren't hungry. We were a bit hungry most of the time here.

Generally is good, but FrontDesk service is very poor

Front desk do not care customer’s feeling. Even there is a long queue, it is still have only one people for service. I waste two hours in the front desk to get my room card and some others have the same issue with me. Make me very disappoint in the beginning. The other portions of hotel are good. The breakfast is good and the service is also good. In general, the experience of staying hotel is good.

Nice excep for the lunch

Would be great to have a good selection of cheese in the breakfasts. Lunch buffet definitely needs to improve, foods was not tasty at all :( For sure I will visit the hotel again but we will skip lunch in the hotel. We enjoy our stayed. And the cotton candy was a bonus for my kids; huge smile

Lunch buffet, we did not find a single think we like it. Only steam meet without salt, and any seasoning, believe me no taste. No taste. But the stuff was nice.
